As the first step to prepare the aviyal curry take the fresh raw vegetables and add them into the plate and clean them with the fresh water and chop them.

Take a fresh and clean pan and add some oil and add the chopped green chills and the chopped onions and stir fry.

And now stir fry the onions and the green chilies and the other spices till they turn into brown and as the next step add all the vegetables.

And now mix all the spices and the all vegetables in the pan with scoop and stir fry for some time and add some fresh water and cook.

And now take some cashews and add them into the mixie and grind them into the paste with some water and add it into a bowl.

And now as the next step add some chopped fresh coconut pieces to the mixture and add a cup of water and grind them into coconut milk.

And now as the nest step cook all the vegetables with pressure till they become soft to eat and now add some turmeric and salt and red chili.

And now mix the coconut milk to the gravy and cook for some time with the pressure and off the stove and now add the curry to the bowl and serve.
