Ingredients of Keerai masiyal

At first, take out the end of the the palak and use the leaves only and then wash them with the water.

Then, take the spices in one plate along with the salt and mix all of them together to make one spice.
STEP : 3
Now take the oil in the pan ( preferably the iron pan), and let it gets heat, and then add cumin and mustard to it.
STEP : 4
Then add all the spices to the oil and fry foe few seconds and then add the palak to the pan and mix with the spices.
STEP : 5
Pour some water to the pan and cook it with the covered lid for about 10 minutes and stir it in between.
STEP : 6
Then, close the burner and take out the palak in a bowl and it is ready to serve with hot roti/parantha.
