It is the dish which is prepared with only palak and is very healthy and tasty green vegetable which will be liked by everyone in the house whether a child or an adult. It will be very nutritious recipe and is really good.

Ingredients of Keerai masiyal

0.25 kg Palak
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp cumin
0.25 tbsp mustard
0.50 tbsp red chili powder
0.50 tbsp coriander powder
0.25 tbsp turmeric
0.25 cup water
0.50 tbsp Salt

At first, take out the end of the the palak and use the leaves only and then wash them with the water.

Now take the oil in the pan ( preferably the iron pan), and let it gets heat, and then add cumin and mustard to it.
