Brinjal is a high fiber vegetable which is good for weight loss and also prevent from cancer,for getting this nutritional fact,it is good to use in our daily diets,in this recipe i use simple spices and groundnuts which acts as taste enhancer and crunchy.

Ingredients of Kathirikai poriyal

2.00 cup Brinjal
4.00 no Garlic Pods
0.50 cup Groundnut
5.00 no Dried Red Chilly
0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
3.00 no Curry Leaves
