Kathari ellu kuzhambu is very tastey curry which is also called as the side dish of biryani this is very easy to prepare and also very rich in energy even the begginers also can do this easily with the taste if hotel

Ingredients of Kathirikai kulambu

0.50 kg Brinjal
5.00 tbsp oil
0.75 tbsp mustard
0.25 kg onion
4.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2.00 tbsp chilli powder
0.75 tbsp Turmeric powder
2.00 tbsp cumin powder
0.75 tbsp methy powder
0.25 kg tomato
4.00 tbsp sesame seed
2.00 tbsp salt

Kathirikai kulambu

Take all the ingredients and keep it ready cut brinjal into 4 pieces or 6 pieces and cut the onions and tomatoes roughly and make this both as nice paste
