  • 0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Hing
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt

  • Take two medium sized eggplant remove the head and chop them as thin round shape (You may add these chopped eggplant slices in salt water to prevent from blackness).

  • Take a mixing bowl add enough gram flour,and all spice powders such as chilly powder,pepper powder,and coriander powder powder,hing and enough salt.

  • Add enough water and mix well without any lumps and till it comes as soft and smooth batter.

  • Take one round shape slices of eggplant dip add it into the gram flour batter.

  • Heat a frying pan add enough oil for deep frying,now dip the sliced eggplant to that batter using a spoon.
