the kashmiri veg pulao is the one of the best food item for the north indians and especially for the kashmiri pandits and other vegetarians and it is very simple and tasty recipe with saffron and vegetables with basmati rice

Ingredients of Kashmiri pulao

1.00 cup basmati rice
1.00 cup chopped tomato
1.00 cup chopped onions
1.00 tbsp chopped green chili
1.00 tbsp jeera
1.00 no bay leaf
4.00 no cloves
1.00 no cinnamon
2.00 no baby corn chopped
3.00 tbsp saffron milk
4.00 no grapes
0.25 cup pomegranate
1.00 tbsp chopped apple
1.00 no chopped carrot
1.00 no chopped potato
1.00 tbsp garam masala
3.00 tbsp curd

Kashmiri pulao

at first take a fresh and clean plate and take the vegetables whatever needed for the recipe and slice them into correct shape and arrange in the plate

take another plate and add the onion and baby corn and clean them with fresh water and chop the vegetables finely and arrange in plate

now take a vessel and add some oil and add the cloves and small piece of cinnamon and bay leaf and jeera

This dish is very famous in Kashmir and it tastes really good and it is very easy to make it doesn't take much of your time..the ingredients added this recipe like green chilli, jeera,saffron milk, pomegranate, apple, garam masala, curd and basmati rice is a Plus to the dish...this recipe contains perfect mixture of ingredients and most of ingredients are fruits, vegatables which we usually have at our Home and are very healthy..it shouldn't be a problem in making this recipe and the recipe is explained step by step I have tried this recipe and it turned out very good..I'd suggest others also to give it a try and good job in posting this recipe thanks for sharing.. keep posting like this recipe more
