STEP : 1
Take some mutton and keep aside, then add three onions, two potatoes, one tomato, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, garam masala all those things bring together and keep aside.

wash the mutton and keep aside, Paste the onion, paste the ginger and garlic together, paste the tomato, pill the potato cut it, all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, When oil become hot add the potato in it for frying, fry them and keep aside.

Take the washed mutton pieces in a bowl then add some ginger and garlic paste into the mutton and keep aside.

Then add the tomato paste in to the mutton pieces and ginger garlic paste and mix those well and keep aside.

Then add some onion paste into the mutton pieces tomato paste ginger and garlic paste then mix all together and keep aside.

Then add some turmeric powder into the mutton and any author masala and mix them well and keep aside for few minutes.

Then add some Kashmiri Mirch powder into the mutton and ginger garlic tomato and onion paste mix all the masala and keep aside for two minutes.

Then add all those things and then add some mustard oil into the mutton pieces and keep aside for another two minutes.

Hot a pan then add the marinated mutton into the pan and then cook them in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some garam masala powder into the cooked mutton and cook them for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some water into the cooked mutton and masala and cook them in high flame on the gas oven and then off the gas oven.

Then serve this recipe in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice or hot roti or paratha for a great meal.
