STEP : 1
At first cut the bitter gourd then cut the gourd then clean with water properly and keep aside for the next step of cooking.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, when the oil become hot add some kalonji and then add the green chili.

Then add the bitter gourd and gourd then add some salt in it and fry them properly in low flame till the vegetables are cooked.

Then add some turmeric powder in to the vegetables and fry it in high flame on the gas oven till the vegetables are fried.
STEP : 5
Then keep it in a serving bowl for eating with hot steamed rice in lunch when the lunch is start. This recipe is good for health.
