This is one of the dish that we prepared with the karela and also we are using the jaggery for doing this recipe the combination of these two will gives a great taste which is used as a side dish for any gravies.

Ingredients of Karela fry

1.00 cup karela
0.50 cup jaggery
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp turmeric
0.50 tbsp redchilipowder
0.50 tbsp coconutpowder
0.50 tbsp chanapowder
1.00 liter oil

Karela fry

Take the karela clean them up and cut them in to round slices take one cup of that slices for the preparation.

Take one pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made the oil heat in a high flame for some time.
