Ingredients of Karela fry
STEP : 1
Take the karela clean them up and cut them in to round slices take one cup of that slices for the preparation.

Add salt and turmeric to the pieces by taking them in to the another bowl mix well and kept side for 5 to 6 hours.

Take those in to another bowl for After some time squeeze the salt water from the pieces and the preparation process.

Take one pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made the oil heat in a high flame for some time.

After the oil is heated add those cuted karela pieces to it and made them to fry in a low flame.
STEP : 6
After changing of the color of the pieces add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well for some time.

Now add 1 table spoon of the dry coconut powder for the taste purpose and made them to mix well in the pan.
STEP : 8
Once they are all mixed add jaggery of 1/2 cup to the pieces and mix well until the jaggery dissolves in it.
STEP : 9
Add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon and chana powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well.
STEP : 10
Leave it for some time in a low flame and put off the stove and then take in to the serving bowl.
