Now a days we are all loved Chinese so much , so hire I am going explain the making of re chilly Chinese dosa in a Chinese style , for a good taste we have to follow the steps one by one .
A Chinese Style Preparation Of South Indian Kara Dosa Using Homemade
A kara dosa is mostly prepared by south indian people. But this recipe is made by chinese style preparation using simple ingredients. This is served with coconut or garlic chutney.
Ingredients
Kara Dosa
- 1.00 cup Rice
- 4.00 nos Red Chilly
- 0.50 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 0.025 tbsp Viniger
- 2.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.50 cup Water
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Kara Dosa
- First take a one one cup of rice , And wash this in a water , Now take a one bowel and add 1 and 1/2 cup of water and keep this for a 4 hours
- After that now take 3 to 4 red chilli ,( Byadgi) As which shown in the below image.
- After keep the rice in a water for 5 hours , Now grind this fully as a paste , in the image.
- After grinding the rice , Now add 3 Red chilly and again grind for 5 minutes, After grinding it is looks like this.
- After grinding the red chilly ,now add 1/2 spun of soya and mix this fully again , And keep a side.
- After adding the soya sauce , Now take the vinegar and add 1/4 spun of vinegar to this , Because it gives a different taste.
- Now take a one tava and make it heat in a medium flame , For making the red chilly dosa.
- After heating the tava , spread the red chilly dosa fully as in the below image as i shown in the below image.
- After cooking the dosa in the one side of dosa , Close the dosa in a plate as in the image.
- For cooking the both the side of dosa , now the healthy and tasty red chilly dosa dosa in a chinese style is ready to serve now.
