Ingredients of Kara dosa
STEP : 1
First take a one one cup of rice , And wash this in a water , Now take a one bowel and add 1 and 1/2 cup of water and keep this for a 4 hours

After that now take 3 to 4 red chilli ,( Byadgi) As which shown in the below image.

After keep the rice in a water for 5 hours , Now grind this fully as a paste , in the image.

After grinding the rice , Now add 3 Red chilly and again grind for 5 minutes, After grinding it is looks like this.

After grinding the red chilly ,now add 1/2 spun of soya and mix this fully again , And keep a side.

After adding the soya sauce , Now take the vinegar and add 1/4 spun of vinegar to this , Because it gives a different taste.

Now take a one tava and make it heat in a medium flame , For making the red chilly dosa.

After heating the tava , spread the red chilly dosa fully as in the below image as i shown in the below image.

After cooking the dosa in the one side of dosa , Close the dosa in a plate as in the image.

For cooking the both the side of dosa , now the healthy and tasty red chilly dosa dosa in a chinese style is ready to serve now.
