Ingredients of Kara boondi
STEP : 1
Take one bowl add the chana powder of 1 cup to it which is the main flour for the preparation of this recipe.

In the same bowl add the rice flour of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the chana powder.

Now add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing the flours and mix well until the salt dissolves in it.

After that add the fresh water of 1 glass to the flours and mix well in the bowl for some time slowly.

Make it in to a thick paste like a loose one without forming any lumps in it and mix well in the bowl.

Collect this prepared chana paste to one small bowl and kept aside which is used for the preparation process to do easily.

Collect the 1 cup of raw and clean peanuts which will be used during the preparation process so kept them aside.

Now take a pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made it heat in a high flame for some time.

Take one large spoon having holes which is used for the preparation of the bondhi with it be ready with it.

Now take the paste and pour it on the large spoon and move slowly with the bowl on it in the pan.

We can see that the small round balls will fall in to the oil from those holes with the prepared paste.

Now we need to fry those balls in a high flame by turning them both the sides with the spoons in the oil.

After changing of the color of the boondi take them out and then put off the stove for further preparation process.

Take the peanuts and fry them in the same oil in a low flame until they have to change the color.

Also add the curry leafs to the oil and made them also fry in a low flame only for some time.

Take the cumin of 1/2 gram and dry roast them until the color has changed in a low flame in a small bowl.

After that smash the cumin which is roasted in to fine powder with the hand only easily after it is cooled.

Now take one bowl add the prepared boondi and peanuts along with the salt of 1/2 table spoon and mix well.

After that add the red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the mixture and mix well until it applies to all in the bowl.

Now add the cumin powder for the taste purpose and mix well and take in to the serving bowl to serve with the curry leafs.
