Ingredients of Kanda poha
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare kanda poha capsicum,we need poha,oil,green peas,curry leaves,turmaric powder,coriander leaves,red chilli,milk,salt,potato,capsicum,onion and mustard seeds.

Initially wash a poha twice and keep it aside for about five to ten minutes and sprinkle a little bit of turmaric powder on it.

Turn on the flame,place a pan and heat oil for few seconds on a low flame and add a tablespoon of mustard seeds into it.

After that add eight to ten curry leaves along with mustard seeds and let them splutter for few seconds.

Add red chilli ,instead that you can also add green chilli and add roasted pea nuts if you like.

Now add chopped potatoes and saute it well for few seconds,you can add a generous pinch of salt for quick boiling.

Now add a cup of chopped onions and saute it well for two to three minutes,till it turn golden brown colour.

Now add a cup of capsicum and stir it well,you can also add drop of lemon extracted juice if you prefer.

Now add a half cup of green peas, mix it well and let it boil for two to three minutes.

Add fresh coriander leaves along with the mixture,mix it and let it cook for few seconds.

Now add a salt as per your taste,check it while adding salt,you already add a pinch of slat at the time of cooking chopped potatoes.

Now add the washed poha into the mixture,mix the poha very well and let it blend with all other ingredients.

Now add two tablespoons of milk to avoid the poha mixture becoming dry but it is optional.

Finally our poha mixture is well cooked,turn off the flame,now let them trasfer into a separate plate.You can serve as a evening time snacks or as tea time.
