Ingredients of Kanda bhaji
STEP : 1
Method: Firstly we must chop onions very fine so that while frying it shouldn't remain uncooked. Secondly we should chop green chili very small in size or fine.
STEP : 2
Arrange the chopped onions and chili in a plate. Take salt, red chili and sugar in that plate. Mix all this ingredients together and mix it well.
STEP : 3
Now mix besan with all the ingredients properly. According to the besan put little water so that it mixes properly and donŽt becomes hard. Make sure you mix sugar well.
STEP : 4
Mix it well. Take a pan put oil and make sure that the oil heats up nicely. Make small round of kanda bhaji and put it for deep fry. Wait till it becomes golden fry.
STEP : 5
Remove the fried bhaji and keep aside. After all the kandas gets deep fried, place them in a container. Serve hot crispy sweet kanda bhaji.
