Ingredients of Kanambu fish curry
Kanambu fish curry
STEP : 1
Take about half kg kalanchi fish.Make sure that the fish is clean.Take it in a good plate and wash it properly.

Then cut this big kalanchi fish into small pieces with a sharp knife.Remove it's tail and clear all the dirt's of the fish.

Then take small onion,ginger and curry leaves and cut it into small pieces and keep it in a clean plate and keep it aside.

Then take a separate plate and take enough salt and a take a big cocum.Wash the cecum properly in clean water.

Then take a pan and add some oil to it.Add some mustard seeds,garlic seeds cut into small pieces and start to boil it.

Then take coriander powder,chilly powder and turmeric powder in a cleanly washed plate.Only take these ingredients according to individual taste.Don't add too much turmeric and coriander powder.

Then add these ingredients to the pan with oil and mustard seeds and add some water to it and mix it well.

Then take a earthen pot and add the cut pieces of fish into it.Then add the above mix to it and turn on the flame of the stove.Add the salt and cecum to it.Also add small onion,curry leaves and ginger.

After cooking it for about 30 minutes your curry is ready.Keep it for a few minutes and transfer it to a beautiful plate.Your kalanchi curry is ready.
