Ingredients of Kalmi kabab
STEP : 1
key ingredients which we needed for marinating the chicken are ,lemon, salt, ginger garlic paste

take the chicken leg pieces in a bowl .and add half tsp of ginger garlic paste.

next add half a piece of lemon to the pieces and mix it lemon will keep the chicken fresh.and it will give a different taste.

add tsp of salt and mix it and marinate the chicken for atleast six hours.

for the masala the key ingredients are salt ,turmeric, egg,yogurt ,coriender powder,pepper powder,coriender leaves. garam masala

take a bowl and add 1 table spoon of coriender powder and 1tsp of pepper powder.

now add half table spoon of turmeric powder and 1table spoon of green chilli sauce.

now add table spoon of salt as per taste and lot of coriender to the bowl.

now add two are tree table spoon of curd .because we are adding curd so we have to add little of salt.

now we have to mix all the ingredients nicely with hand and keep it aside.

now we have to take the egg and seperate the egg white and take it to the bowl .

now we are adding the egg yellow in to the marinate and mix it.with the spoon.

now take the leg pieces and dip it in the marinate.we can also left the pieces in marinate for half an hour

now place the chicken pieces in the pan for shallow fry. are even we can deep fry them

we have to fry the leg pieces all the sides in a slow flame for 15-20mins

80% of the chicken is cooked take the chicken and deep it in the egg white

and place it back to the pan .because if we apply egg white before it will cook fast and chicken wont cook.so we have to dip half of the chicken is cooked

just fry the pieces for 5mins and the kabab is ready to serve take them to serving bowl
