- 1.00 cup Black Chickpeas
- 0.5 nos Ginger
- 0.5 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Chat Masala Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Instructions
Kale Chane Recipe Dry
- Rinse and soak one cup of black chickpeas for overnight or for eight hours,if in a hurry you can also soak them in warm water for one hour till the wrinkles are disappears.
- Add thise rinsed and soaked black chickpeas to a pressure cooker and bring it to boil for two or three whistles till it comes to soft.
- After it comes to soft,drained out the excess water and keep them aside,yiu can also use that stock water for preparing any soup recipes,heat a pan add some oil and splutters some cumin seeds.
- Then add the Julian sliced ginger and green chilly slices into them and stir for a few seconds.
- Then add soaked and well boiled black chickpeas into them ,make sure the water drains completely before adding with them.
- Then add all spice powders such as redchilly powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,chaat masala and coriander powder and add enough salt for them.
- Stir well till the raw smells if added spice powders are goes out,funally garnish some coriander it mint leaves over them and serve hot with hot Puri or roti recipes.
