Sugar syrup preparation

STEP : 1
Now take a one kada, in this add 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar,for making the sugar syrup.

STEP : 2
After adding the sugar now add one cardamom to the kada it gives the good flavor to the jamun.

STEP : 3
Now add 1 cup of water to the kada for making the sugar syrup don't add so much of water it will break the consistency.

STEP : 4
After adding all the ingredients to the kada cook for 8 minutes in a medium flame , then the sugar syrup will be ready.
Jamun preparation

STEP : 1
Firstly take a one pan in this add cup of koya , and make it heat in the low medium flame.

STEP : 2
After this now add 2 to 3 table spun of rava or suji to the pan , it gives the good binding to the jamun.

After that now add 1/4 cup of maida and 1 table spun of corn flour for this.

After that now add 1/4 cup of maida and 1 table spun of corn flour for this.

After frying for 5 minutes add 1 to 2 table spun of water and mix it well, then keep this for a 10 minutes aside the mixer is looks as in the below image.

Now take a prepared mixer in the above and make it small balls as in the below image for making jamun , you can also make balls in the pattern you want.

Now take the one kada add 2 cup of oil or ghee and make it heat in the low medium flame.

STEP : 8
Now add the small balls tot he kada and fry this for 5 minutes in a low medium flame.

STEP : 9
Now add fried jamun balls to the sugar syrup which we prepared in the above And sock this for 10 minutes.

STEP : 10
Now the Kala Jamun is ready to serve now ,Use dry fruits for garnishing , it is optional.
