STEP : 1
kukrol and tomato and onion, potato, green chilli all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking aloo kukrol patury.

Cut the kukrol, cut the potato, cut the tomato, chop the green chilli, chop the onion all those things bring together and keep aside.
STEP : 3
Take a big bowl then add the potato, kukrol, tomato, chopped onion and chopped green chilli salt turmeric powder and salt then all those things mix together and marinate for ten minutes.

Hot a pan and add the marinated vegetables in it then cover it and cook for fifteen minutes in low flame.
STEP : 5
Then uncover the pan and add little bit of sugar in it and cook for another two minutes in high flame. Then add one teaspoon of mustered oil in it and off the gas oven.
STEP : 6
Then serve hot in a serving plate for eating. This recipe serve with hot roti or hot steamed rice for a satisfying meal.
