Ingredients
Kakka Fry
- 1.00 cup Kakka irachi
- 0.50 nos coconut
- 1.00 tbsp garlic
- 1.00 tbsp small onion
- 1.00 nos ginger
- 1.00 tbsp meat masala
- 1.00 tbsp chilly powder
- 1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
- 5.00 nos green chilly
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 nos onion
- 1.00 tbsp pepper powder
- 1.00 tbsp curry leaves
- 3.00 tbsp oil
- 1.00 tbsp mustard seeds
Instructions
Kakka Fry
- Take some kakka irachi(clam meat) and wash it properly for sometimes.Then take it in a clean plate and keep it aside for drying the water.
- Then take grated coconut, meat masala, green chilly, ginger, turmeric powder, garlic, small onion, pepper seeds, curry leaves and chilly powder in a clean plate. Add enough salt along with the ingredients.
- Then take these ingredients and grind them properly and turn them to a paste. Take these paste in a properly washed plate.
- Then take the kakka irachi into a proper utensil and start to cook it. pour the paste into the kakka irachi and cook it.
- Then take a pan and pour some oil into it. Add some mustard seeds and small onion which is cut into small pieces.
- Then transfer the cooked kakka irachi into the pan and start to fry it for about 15 minutes. Stir it constantly for a while.
- After cooking it for 15 minutes turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Then transfer it to a beautiful plate. Your kakka irachi is ready.
