Ingredients of Kaju chicken

To marinate the chicken take the chicken into a bowl and wash it thoroughly and add turmeric powder, salt and mix it well

Also add ginger garlic paste and garam masala , and red chili powder to it and mix it well. Leave it for overnight

Other you can also marinate an hour before cooking. Now take a mixer jar and add chopped onion chopped green chilies and cashews to it

Onions,green chilies and cashews should be blend into fine paste and keep aside . Now take a pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil

Now heat the oil and add the onion paste in to the pan and let it fry for 2 minutes. Now add curry leaves to it.

Cook it for 5 more minutes until it becomes golden brown color. Now add the marinated chicken to it and mix it well

Now add half cup of water and close the lid. Cook it in a low flame for about 10 minutes

Now open the lid and cook it until all the water gets evaporated and gravy becomes thick.

Now take it into a bowl and garnish it with curry leaves. serve it with hot steamed rice or roti.
