Chicken is the most favorite dish to most of the non vegetarians. It is cooked in lot of different styles. Chicken when cooked in green chillies and cashews with added masalas will be mouth watering . Even children will love it.

Ingredients of Kaju chicken

0.50 kg Chicken

2.00 no Onion
5.00 no Green chilies
1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1.00 tbsp Red chili powder
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
4.00 tbsp Oil
6.00 no Curry leaves

this chicken recipe is good overall. the concept of adding cashews to it blend in really well. those who do not like spice can reduce in green chili but i do not suggest to cut down full green chili as it gives a good flavor. it is a simple and good dish overall and does not take much time also to prepare.
