STEP : 1
First of all take the onions clena well and cut them in to very small pieces as shown in the image.

now take the 1/4 kg brinjal and wash them well and cut them like a long sticks as shown in the image and keep them in the water until they used in process.

now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the 3 tbsp of butter and fry the 1 cup of kaju well and keep aside.

now take the another 2 tbsp of butter and fry the onion pieces in the butter until they fry like a golden color.
STEP : 5
now take the brinjal pieces in the water and add them in the fried onions and mix well and then add salt for taste.

now keep a lid over that and cook the brinjal pieces in the butter until they cook like soft and looks like shiny.

now take the one tbsp of ginger garlic paste and add in the fried brinjals and mix well and fry for 5 minutes.

now take the red chilly powder and add one tbsp of red chilly powder and mix well until all the pieces absorbs.

now take the fried kaju in the butter and make them like pieces and add them in the fried brinjal and mix well.

now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and yummy kaju brinjal butter masala in the bowl and serve with the rice or chapati.
