Ingredients of Kajjikayalu

STEP : 1
Now we have to measure n take a cup of all purpose flour or maida as per mentioned quantity in ingredients column.take those powder in steel bowl or glass bowl like as shown in below image.

Now we have to take water in bowl as per mentioned quantity in ingredients column,like as shown in below image.

STEP : 3
Now we have taken a bowl of water in above step know now we have to add water to the steel bowl containing all purpose flour or maida like as shown in below image

After adding water to the bowl containing all purpose flour or maida with our hands we can make a soft n smooth dough with maida like as shown in below image

After making a smooth dough with maida now we have to take 1/2 cup of groundnuts

After taking groundnuts we have to take a kadai n wash it neatly after that we have to add those taken groundnuts in kadai n roast them perfectly.

After completion of roasting groundnuts in kadai we have to take them in a steel plate let them cool for sometime.we have to remove the outer covers of those roasted groundnuts like as shown in below image

After that we have to take 1/2 cup of sooji in a bowl as per mentioned quantity in ingredients column

We have taken 1/2 cup of sooji or goduma ravva in a bowl we have to roast sooji or goduma ravva in kadai like as shown in below image

After completion of roasting sooji or goduma ravva in kadai we have to transfer those roasted sooji or goduma ravva in a plate

In this step we have to take empty mixi jar n place it aside to start further process for cooking

Now we have to add those roasted groundnuts in empty mixi jar to make a fine powder like as shown in below image

After adding roasted groundnuts to empty mixi jar now we have to take 1 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl n kept near to mixi jar.

We have taken sugar to mixi jar know now we have to add this sugar to mixi jar containing groundnuts like as shown in below image

We have added sugar to mixi jar containing roasted groundnuts know now we have to grind those groundnuts n sugar into fine powder like image upload in below

In above step we have prepared a fine powder of groundnuts n sugar know.we have to transfer these fine powder in a plate. We have roasted sooji or goduma ravva know both plates should be kept near to each other

We have taken both plates near to each other know.we have to add those groundnuts powder near to sooji

Both the powders should be mixed well like as shown in below image in this step.

After that we have to take 5 cardomom seeds n little amount of sugar .we have to take the seeds of cardomom n kept aside

We have removed the seeds of cardomom know now we have taken sugar near to that after that we have to roll the seeds of cardomom n sugar like as shown in below image

We have to roll on cardomom seeds n sugar with the help of roti stick.

We have to make a fine powder of cardomom seeds n sugar with the help of roti stick

We have to take plate of groundnuts n sugar near to fine powder of cardomom seeds n sugar

We have to add this prepared fine powder of cardomom seeds n sugar in prepared mixture

We have to mix well till the cardomom seeds powder in prepared powder of groundnuts n sugar

In above steps we have prepared a dough know we have to take a small amount of dough n roll like sphere shape

After taking small ball like shape of dough with the help of roti stick we have to prepare a roti

We have to add those prepared mixture on roti which we have prepared in above step

We have to take a bowl of water to close the other side of roti

We have to stick the end of other side of roti with the help of water like as shown in below image we have to brush the water on one side that means semi circle

After closing one of the end of roti like above image we have to press the ends of roti like as shown in below image

After completion of sticking the ends of roti like above pictures we can see the shape of kajjikayalu

We have to take a kadai heat it after that add 10 table spoons of oil in kadai heat at low flame

After heating the kadai with oil we have to add those prepared kajjikayalu in kadai

We have to turn the other side of kajjikayalu n fry them in slight golden colour
