STEP : 1
firstly, basil leaves should be fresh for better result... wash the leaves nicely or leave the basil leafs for 2 minutes in the water...

STEP : 2
secondly pour 1-1.5 glass of water in the utensil, let it boil for a while... note : - after boiling the kadha may reduce to half the volume of the water poured in the sauce pan

STEP : 3
thirdly grind the black pepper into granules not powder.. put the granules into the water

STEP : 4
grind the ginger ,convert it into paste.. put the ginger in to the grinder for grinding

STEP : 5
add clove into the grinder for grinding note - you have to grind all the ingredients together

STEP : 6
fifth - add gud(solid brown sugar) into the spices in to the grinder make a paste of all the ingredients

STEP : 7
final step - boil water for 2 minutes put all the spice in it again boil it for 2 minutes

STEP : 8
note - you may also combine these ingredients in to your tea,if you want to drink this kadha with Tea... but make sure only 1/4 milk should be added Here is the final image of the kadha
