  • 1.00 nos Tomato
  • 1.00 nos Onion
  • 2.00 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 cup Curd
  • 2.00 nos Green chili
  • 2.00 nos Red chili
  • 0.50 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Haldi powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya powder
  • 0.25 cup Oil
  • 0.25 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 4.00 nos Garlic
  • 4.00 nos Curry leaves Sprig

Instructions
 

Kaddu Ki Sabzi

  • First we take the pumpkin and clean it properly. after that we cut it and take it in a bowl and also cut the tomato.

  • Now we take all the rest ingredients vegetable masala that is used to cook this vegetable, in required amount in a bowl.

  • Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it. after heating the oil we drop the jeera and kadi pata in it first.

  • Now we take the cutting onion and tomato and mix them in it and cook it at the low temperature for few minutes.

  • After few minutes we take the vegetable masala and it in the pot properly and cook it again for few minutes again.

  • Now we take the cutting pumpkin and mix the pumpkin in the cooked ingredients masala properly and cook it two to three minutes.
