STEP : 1
First we take the pumpkin and clean it properly. after that we cut it and take it in a bowl and also cut the tomato.

Now we take all the rest ingredients vegetable masala that is used to cook this vegetable, in required amount in a bowl.

Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it. after heating the oil we drop the jeera and kadi pata in it first.

Now we take the cutting onion and tomato and mix them in it and cook it at the low temperature for few minutes.

After few minutes we take the vegetable masala and it in the pot properly and cook it again for few minutes again.

Now we take the cutting pumpkin and mix the pumpkin in the cooked ingredients masala properly and cook it two to three minutes.

Now we mix the one cup of water in it and cook it at the low temperature till water is boiled in it.
STEP : 8
Now finally these ingredients are going to the cook properly then we mix at the last curd in it properly and cook it two minutes only.

Now finally with in the two minutes testy pumpkin bhaji or kadu ki subji is cooked properly and it is ready to the serve.
