STEP : 1
Take potato and keep aside, take onion,ginger,garlic, garam masala, red chili powder all those things bring together and keep aside .

Take a microwave oven safe bowl, then add some soya chunk in it, then add some water in it and then boil it in a microwave oven and keep aside

Then strain the water from the boiled soya chunk and keep it in a bowl for cooling and cook in the next step of the recipe.

Peel the potato properly and wash it with water then cut it like a dice and keep aside and cook in the next step.

Paste the ginger garlic together and keep aside, Paste the onions and keep aside, Paste the tomato and all other things bring together and keep aside.

Take a pan then hot this pan, when the pan become hot add some ghee in it and hot it another one minutes.
