Cubes of cottage cheese and potato are enrich with, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste butter and green chilli chopped. A perfect dish for Sunday lunch when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal before an afternoon siesta. This recipe served with hot roti, hot paratha or hot rice .

Ingredients of Kadai paneer

0.25 kg paneer
2.00 cup potato cube
1.00 tbsp green chili chopped
2.00 tbsp butter
2.00 cup onion ginger garlic paste
1.00 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp sugar
0.25 cup oil

Cut the potato and wash properly then hot a pan then add some oil in it and add the potato and some salt and fry the potato on low flame and keep aside.
