Ingredients of Kadai paneer
STEP : 1
Cut the potato and wash properly then hot a pan then add some oil in it and add the potato and some salt and fry the potato on low flame and keep aside.

Cut the paneer and then hot a pan then add some oil in it and add the paneer and some salt and fry the paneer on low flame and keep aside.

paste the onion, ginger and garlic together and keep aside. chop the green chill garam masala butter and fried potato and paneer bring together and keep aside.

hot a pan then add some oil in it then add the masala paste and cook for five minutes in low flame then add the fried potato in it then add the chopper green chili and cook fro two minutes on high flame.

Then add the butter in to the cooked masala and add some salt and sugar in it and cook for another two minutes in low flame.

Then add the fried paneer in to the cooked potato and masala and mint with it and cook for two minutes in high flame.
STEP : 7
Then add some water in to the paneer potato and masala and cook for another five minutes in high flame till the water is dried.

when the water is dried add the garam masala and cook for another.

Serve this recipe hot in a serving plate for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any rice preparation.
