Ingredients of Kadai gosht
STEP : 1
At the first step clean the mutton and make it to medium sized cuts and wash it well,then keep it aside.

Then heat a pressure cooker and put oil to it, when it is hot add the clean mutton pieces to it and mix well.

Then add the sliced onion , tomato , turmeric powder and salt to it , then add the ground spices like cardamom , pepper etc.

Mix everything well and keep the cooker closed and wait for five to six visils or until the mutton becomes cooked.

When it is cooked put the sliced ginger and garlic to it, it should be sliced thin and like finger shape.

Then mix it well and on the flame again, then add the chilly powder,garam masala or Kadai Masala ,coriander powder .

Mix it well and then add some coriander leaves and thin sliced green chilly to it ,it should be like finger size.

Then mix it well and add the curd to it and stir well, add salt or spices if you need more .

Now mix everything well and close the pressure cooker for about two visils or more if you need it more cooked.

After that off the flame and when it cool open it , we can see the oil separated at the upper layer which means our dish is ready.

Stir it and then transfer our Kadai gosh to the serving dish and decorate with some coriander leaves or pudina leaves.
