This is a dish using mutton we usually get from hotels, we can make this easily at home , I made some changes in it ,still it tastes yummy and everyone loved it. This can be taken along with any type of rice and also with breakfast items also.

Ingredients of Kadai gosht

2.00 no Onion

0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt
2.00 no cardamom
0.25 tsp pepper
2.00 tbsp garlic slices
1.00 tbsp ginger slices
1.00 tbsp chilli powdre
1.00 tbsp garam masala
1.00 tbsp coriander powder
2.00 no green chilli
0.50 cup coriander leaves
0.50 cup curd
2.00 tbsp oil

At the first step clean the mutton and make it to medium sized cuts and wash it well,then keep it aside.

Stir it and then transfer our Kadai gosh to the serving dish and decorate with some coriander leaves or pudina leaves.
