Ingredients of Kadai aloo

potato, onion, green chili and poppy seeds all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking the next step of recipe.

pill the potato and wash properly then cut in ti small cubes and keep aside, paste the green chili and poppy seeds, chop the onion all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it . when the oil become hot add the potato and fry the potato for five minutes in low flame.

Then add the chopped onion in to the fried potato and fry for another two minutes in high flame on gas oven.
STEP : 5
Then add the poppy seeds and green chili paste in to the fried potato and onion then cook for another two minutes in high flame.
STEP : 6
Then add the salt and some mustered oil and turmeric powder and cook for another two minutes in high flame .
STEP : 7
Then serve hot in a serving bowl for eating . serve this recipe with hot steamed rice and hot roti .
