STEP : 1
First take chapatis and grind them in mixer to make chapati Crump.Take a bowl and put chapati crump in bowl.Add cumin seeds,ajwain ,turmeric,chilli flakes gram flour,rice flour in crump.Finally add salt as per taste considering that chapatis have salt in It.Mix all ingredients properly.

STEP : 2
Next step is to make dough.Add water in CrumpMix slowly.Knead a dough slightly stiff not so loose as shown in picture.

STEP : 3
After making dough make kadboli.For that take small portion of dough and roll over rolling pan as shown on picture.Finish with all dough.

STEP : 4
Then next step is to deep fry kadboli.Heat oil in kadhai.Then on low flame fry the kadboli in group.When bubbles stop and kadboli start to go down on kadhai remove them in plate.And they are ready to eat at tea time.
