STEP : 1
Heat a kadai and dry roast semolina( Rava )for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside.

Heat 2 spoon oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds;green chillies ; asfoetida; Curry leaves

STEP : 3
Then add coriander leaves; add red chilli powder stir it continuously fry and mix well.

In a bowl take 1 cup of white fine flour;curd ; hot oil salt ; sugar and add semolina and masala

STEP : 5
Add 1 cup of water; mix it well and need a tiff ;firm dough for 10 minutes and keep aside

After 10 minutes make some small balls of the dough to make a biscuit roti .

Take a ball of dough with very little dry flour roll it into a small disc.

STEP : 8
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. check if the oil is rolling hot.

STEP : 9
Drop it in the hot oil and let it rise up turn and let it fry.

Let it fry on the other side as well till golden brown in colour all around

Transferred the fried and crispy biscuit roti serve with hot cup of tea or coffee.
