Kacche kele ki Asharfi
STEP : 1
Take the green banana and wash it and cut it into 2 halves and then boil it in a saucepan of boiling water.

Take the potato, peel them and wash them and cut them into 2 halves and then boil it in a saucepan of boiling water.

Chop the colored bell peppers in the shape of a ring (shown in the picture) Set aside the peeled and boiled green banana and potato. Chop the green chili and keep the cheese cubes.

Put the boiled potato, green banana, chopped green chili and some salt in the mixture grinder and blend it well.

Set aside the blended paste of the potato and green banana in a separate bowl which would be the stuffing in the capsicum ring.

Add the grated cheese to the mixture and mix it well together to form the complete stuffing for the capsicum.
STEP : 7
Take a spoon full of the stuffing and place it in the capsicum ring in a hot tawa sprinkled with a little oil.
STEP : 8
Repeat the same step for 4 capsicum rings and place it in a tawa so that the capsicum along with the filling is grilled well and is crispy and ready to be served.
