STEP : 1
Cut onions, garlic, keep aside coriander seeds, pepper corns, methi seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, red chilly and cloves as per given ingredient list.

Heat a non-stick pan, add little oil, add coriander seeds, pepper corns, methis seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, red chilly and cloves and fry till you get an aroma.

Take out the above ingredients into a plate and allow to cool. Now add the onion and garlic and fry till golden brown and keep aside to cool.

Take a mixer, add the above ingredients mentioned in Step 2 and grind to powder. Now add onion, garlic, turmeric, tamarind and little water and grind to a smooth paste
STEP : 5
Heat a pan, add little ghee, add green chilly, curry leaves and onion and fry till golden brown. Now add the tomato and fry well.

Now add the cut and washed chicken pieces, add salt as per taste and mix well. Close the lid and cook well for 10 minutes.

Now add the grinded masala and cook well for 15 minutes. Add water and adjust the consistency and adjust salt as per taste.

Now the chicken is cooked and our Spicy Hatka Chicken Gravy is ready. Pour the chicken to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves. This can be served with kori rotti, dosa, idli and rice.
