Ingredients of Kaaju kheema
STEP : 1
The first step is to wash the keema and keep aside. Now take a pan and add about three tablespoons of oil.

Allow the oil to heat and add bay leaf and cashews and fry them for about two minutes.

Once the cashew turns to gold colour add chopped onion and green chillies to it.

Fry them for about two minutes by mixing till the onion turns to golden brown colour

Now add about one tablespoon of red chilli powder and one tablespoon of garam masala to it .

Also add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it. Also add keema to it .

Now cook it for about ten minutes and now add about one tablespoon of salt to it.

Mix it well and close the lid. Allow it to blow three whistles and open the lid.

Some water gets formed in the keema. Cook it for about two minutes till all the water gets evaporated

Once the curry becomes dry add chopped coriander and mix it. Now serve it with roti.
