STEP : 1
Take a big ghinga, two potatoes, kalonji, green chili and coriander leaver all those things bring together and keep aside.

At first pill the potato and cut in to cubes, pill the ghinga and cut in to cubes, chop the coriander leaves and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it, when the oil become hot add the kalonji and green chili for tempering.

Then add the potato in to the tempering and add some salt in to the potato and fry for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the ghinga in to the fried potato and add some salt in to the ghinga and cook for another two minutes on high flame.

Then add some turmeric powder and water in to the potato and ghinga and cook for another five minutes in low flame.

Then add the chopped coriander leaves in to the cooked vegetables and cook or another two minutes in high flame, then off the gas oven.

Serve this vegetable recipe in a serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot steamed rice and hot rotis for a light and healthy meal.
