- 4.00 tbsp Gera
- 1.00 cup Curd
- 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
- 4.00 nos Corriander
Instructions

- first of all take the one bowl and take the curd in to that bowl as shown in the image
- now take the spoon and mix the curd well with out any lumbs in the middle as shown in the image
- now take the salt and add the salt for taste in the mixed curd and mix well and keep aside
- now take the 4 tbsp of the gera and clean then once if there are any stones or any unwanted material is there and keep aside
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan and then add these gera in the pan and fry
- now take the spoon and mix well and fry them for 5 minutes so that the raw smell will gone out
- now take the mixy jar and add the fried gera in to the mixy jar and make them cool for 5 minutes
- now grind them well like a fine powder as shown in the image and keep that aside for 5 minutes
- now take the prepared curd and add the one tbsp of the gera powder in the curd as ahown in the image ,and mix well and then add corrinader
- now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious gera raitha in the bowl and garnish with corriander thats it tasty raitha ready
