Ingredients of Jeera pulao
STEP : 1
Take the rice of 1/2 cup which is used for the preparation of boiled rice with this one for the process.

clean them and add fresh water of 2 cups to the 1/2 cup of rice and made it to cook in a medium flame.

Close it with a lid for the fast cooking process so that it will cook fast in a medium flame only.

When it is ready to boil open the lid and kept aside and keep the flame low and then wait for cooking.

Add the oil in between the ready process of rice in order to get the rice without stick to one another.

Be ready with the green chilies and also the ginger which can be used for the preparation process easily with this.

Take a bowl of water and add these taken green chilies and the ginger to the water and clean the up.

After they are cleaned remove the water and add fresh water and clean the curry leafs in that water in the same bowl.

Chop the green chilies with a knife in a plate which can be used for the preparation process easily with this.

Take the ginger remove the skin from it as we are not adding the skin of the ginger so remove it.

Take one pan add the oil of 2 table spoons and heat the oil in a low flame for some time.

Add the inguva of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made it fry in the oil in a low flame.

Add the jeera of 2 1/2 table spoon and heat them in the oil until they are fried in a low flame.

Add the chopped green chilies of 11/2 table spoon to it and made them fry int he oil for some time.

Add the ginger slices to the oil and made them fry in the oil in a low flame in the pan only.

Add the curry leafs of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil in a low flame.

After that add the salt of 1/2 table spoon and mix well in the pan until it dissolves in it in the pan.

Add the boiled rice of 1 cup to the pan and mix well and add the garam masala powder to it and mix well.
