This is one type of pulao recipe which can be roasted jeera powder a very tasty pulao and also less ingredients can be used for doing this pulao with jeera ,other basic pulao ingredients can be used for doing this recipe.

Ingredients of Jeera pulao

3.50 tbsp Jeera
0.50 tbsp green chilies
2.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 cup rice
3.00 cup water
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp curry leafs
2.00 tbsp ghee
0.25 tbsp inguva
0.50 tbsp cinnamon powder
