Japanese chicken is also known as bell pepper chicken because of the dominant color and flavor of bell pepper. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any fried rice recipe. This chicken recipe is very tasty as well as looking beautiful.

Ingredients of Japanese chicken

0.50 kg chicken pieces
2.00 no tomato
2.00 no onion
0.50 no capsicum
0.50 no red bell pepper
0.50 no yellow bell pepper
3.00 no spring garlic bunch
0.00 tbsp black pepper powder
0.50 cup tomato sauce
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 cup oil

Take some chicken and clean it well and keep aside, Then cut the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, spring garlic, and onion and keep aside, take tomato sauce and black pepper.
