Ingredients
Jal Jeera Masala
- 0.50 cup Pudina
- 0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Cuminseeds
- 1.00 tbsp Pepper
- 1.00 nos Lemon
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Black Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Jal Jeera Masala
- Firstly take a one jar in this add 1/2 cup of fresh pudina leaves, Wash this in a water fully as clean.
- After that take a 1/2 cup of fresh coriander leaves , wash this in a water fully then add this to the jar
- After that now add the black salt of 1 – table spun ,It not only gives the good flavor , it is also good for health .
- For this jeera jal , now i am adding 1 – tabel spun of jeera or cumin seeds.
- After that now add 1/2 spun of Black pepper , it is also good for health Don’t add more than 1/2 spun.
- Now add 1 full spun of sugar , it gives a good flavor to this drink , and main thing don’t add more than one spun it spoil the taste .
- Now we are adding the 1/2 spun of salt , it is a normal white salt which we use in the kitchen .
- Now add 1/2 lemon ,which is cuted , as in the jar , and grind this well as a fully paste ,Add 1 cup of water in the last stage of grinding .
- Lastly in the time of serving the jall jeera , add lemon juice of – 1 full lemon ,remove the seeds from the lemon juice .
- Now the Jall Jeera is ready to serve now ,We can also add ice cubes it is a optional.
