Jaggery rice recipe is a lip-smacking tasty and delicious indian dish served as a dessert. This can be mainly prepared during the festival or occasion season also.

- 1.00 cup Rice
- 1.00 cup Jaggery
- 1.00 cup Milk
- 1 .00 cup Water
- 1.00 tbsp Ilachi powder
- 1.00 tbsp Dryfruits
- 3.00 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
Jaggery Rice Recipe
- first of all take the bowl and add the one cup of rice in the bowl and add the water in the rice and soak for the 10 minutes
- now take the water and wash well once and then add water and cook the rice in the low flame.
- now take the jaggery and chopp that finely with the help of chopper and then keeep that aside for the 5 minutes.
- now take he milk and boil well once and then take the one cup of the milk and keeep aside.
- now take the millk and add the one cup of milk in the boiled rice and then mix well once.
- now add the chopped jaggery in the boiled rice and millk and cook again for 10 minutes so the jaggery melts.
- now take the ilachi powder and ad only one tbsp of ilachi powder in that and mix well with out any lumbs.
- now take the pan and ad the gheee and fry the dry fruits in the ghee untill they fry like a golden color.
- now add those dry fruits in the cooed chawal and then mix well now take the ghee and add one tbsp.
- now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and healthy jaggery rice in the bowl and garnish with dryfruits thats it tasty chawal recipe ready.
