Ingredients of Jackfruit chips
STEP : 1
Take a big jack fruit.take the fruit from this jack fruit removing all unwanted things from the fruit.Take it in a plate or any suitable utensil.
STEP : 2
Cut the fruit into small pieces appropriate for preparing it.Don't cut the jack fruit into very small pieces.Take it in a properly washed utensil.
STEP : 3
Take a clean pan and pour about half kilogram oil.Put the pan in the stove and keep the flame on for few minutes till it start to boil.
STEP : 4
Then take the cut pieces of jack fruit.Take a tea spoon of turmeric powder and mix it with some water.Take paste this mix to the cut pieces.
STEP : 5
Then after boiling the oil add the cut pieces of jack fruit to the pan.Then keep it for 10 minutes in flame.
STEP : 6
After frying the cut pieces for 15 minutes turn off the flame.Then transfer the pieces to a beautiful plate.Your chakka varathathu is ready.
