- 0.50 kg Echore
- 2.00 cup Rice
- 3.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 0.50 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1.00 nos Ginger
- 2.00 nos Dry Red Chili
- 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Ghee
Instructions

- Take some echore, some tomato sauce, some garam masala, some cumin seeds, some ginger, some red chili, onion all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take some rice and some water and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Add some water to the rice and clean properly for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Stain the water from rice then keep aside the rice for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some water to it and again hot the water.
- Then add the clean rice to the warm water and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then strain the water from the cooked rice and keep aside for cooling it and cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take the echore and cut it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe
- Take a grinder and add some dry red chili and keep aside for add the another things.
- Then add some cumin seeds in it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Then add some ginger in it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Paste all the masala with some water and keepit in a small bowl and keep aside for cooking the next step ofthe recipe.
- Take the echore and masala pest, tomato sauce and garam masala all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some water and some salt to it and again hot the water.
- Then add the clean echore to the warm water and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then cover it and cook it another few minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Stain the water from boiled echore and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some oil to it and again hot the oil.
- Then add the echore in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then cover it and cook it another few minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Then add masala in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
- Then add some salt and some tomato sauce in it and cook it for few minutes in highflame.
