Jack fruits are the seasonal fruits which gets yearly once but has high nutritional value,so that now we are cook the new and tasty snack item which is mostly like by child which is sweet in its taste,and the jaggery is highly health to have the iron properties.

Ingredients of Jackfruit appam

1.00 cup Raw Rice
1.00 cup grated coconut
1.00 cup Jaggery
1.00 cup jack fruits
2.00 cup oil
2.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp elachi

At this meanwhile heat oil in a pan for deep frying, add the all the grounded ingredients into a bowl such as grated coconut,raw rice,jaggery and sliced jack-fruits and mix well by adding a pinch of salt on it,to enhance the sweet taste.

fry it for three to five minutes till the color changes like a light brown and mix it to change the other side for boiling,and keep boiling for two minutes.which is shown in the picture

when two sides the appam get boiled,now its to be transfer to a serve pot and serve hot with or without ketchups or and other fruits chutneys.
