Ingredients of Jacket potato
STEP : 1
Take 2 large sized potatoes. Take and wash the green peas. Take a slab of paneer. Grate some amount of cheese.

Grate the paneer into very thin an long pieces. Put the green peas in a mixture grinder and make a very fine paste of the same.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the grated paneer and the mashed green peas as shown in the picture and mix them very well.

Add some tandoori masala powder and mix it well with the rest of the contents and cook for a minute or two.

Keep on stirring, add some salt and then continue to cook for 4-5 minutes before a thick stuffing for the potato is formed.

Once the stuffing is formed then set it aside for cooling to put it in a small bowl before it can be stuffed into the potato.

Take the 2 large sized potatoes , wash them and peel them. Then cut it into 2 halves and scoop out the center of the potato very quickly.

Heat the butter in a tawa and fry the potato very oil in all the directions till it is golden brown in color.

After the potato has been fried set it aside in a bowl fro cooling before it can be stuffed with the filling.

Now first add the filling of the green peas and paneer into the scoop of the potato and then add the grated cheese on top of it as a cover. Repeat for all 4 pieces of potato.

Grill the potatoes in a microwave for 3 minutes and then take it out and put it in a plate for cooling and once cooled then serve with coriander leaves topping and honey mustard sauce.
