Instant Oats Dosa
- 1.00 cup Dosa Batter
- 0.5 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 nos Carrot
- 1.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Cooking Soda
Instructions
Instant Oats Dosa
- Take half a cup of quick cooking oats into a mixer jar which is the main ingredient for this recipe.
- Blend them as fine powder ,if not blend them well for another few seconds,and keep them aside.
- Wash and chop one onion into fine slices and also fine chop one green chilly and chop some coriander leaves and also grate one fresh carrot.
- Take a large mixing bowl add enough dosa batter which is already ferment for over night,add enough salt and pinch of cooking soda with them and stir well to thick batter.
- Then add enough quantity of freshly powdered oats with them and mix them well without any lumps.
- Then add all the chopped veggies such as onion,green chilly,coriander leaves and freshly grated carrots and also add little cumin seeds with them.
- Add 1/4 cup of water with them and stir well till all the ingredients are mixed well itself together.
- Prepared oats dosa batter mixture should not more thicker or more water,it should he semi thick consistency.
- Heat a flat pan or tawa and grease some oil and pour one heaped spoonful of prepared oats dosa batter.
- Spread them as thin circular shape using the spoon,and bring them to boil in medium flame.
- When the spread dosa gets boil on one side ,flip them to another side and bring to boil for a few seconds,s sprinkle some oil over the corner sides.
- Now the instant oats dosa is ready to remove from the pan and serve hot with tasty chutney or sauce recipes.
