Ingredients of Inji-curry
STEP : 1
Take a ginger finely chopped them,dry chillis and finely chopped green chilli and curry leaves,jaggary.

Then take half tbsp of tamarind stuffed the pure water ten minutes you want add extra also.

Then see ten minutes later fully stuffed the tamarind and take the water serve a bowl.

Then take bowl and wash the water finely chopped the ginger you want need extra also.

Then add the finely chopped one green chilli and freshly curry leaves mixed very well.

Mixed very well and add the half tbsp chilli powder you want turmeric also used mixed all the ingrediants

Then take the kadai and add the oil heat well and add the mustard and dry chillis.

Then fry for normal color and add the bengal gram fry for brown color with medium flame.
