STEP : 1
Take the Indian Olives which is more popularly known as Jolpai and then wash and clean them well so that they can be boiled.

Put some water (one cup approximately) and a pinch of turmeric and salt in it. Let it boil and add the olive and boil it till it is soft

Take the olive from the water and mash them well with the hand to forma a uniform paste which

Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and the red chili to it and let them turn brownishin color.

Add the mashed olives to the oil and stir and mix it very well and cook it in the oil

Now add the coconut paste to the kadai and mix it well with the olive paste and cook it for a minute or two.

Now add 1.5 cups of water to the kadaia nd bring the water to boil and mix it well with the contents
STEP : 8
Add the sugar and a pinch of salt in the kadaia nd mix it thoroughly and let the contents cook for 5-6 minutes.
STEP : 9
Now once a desired consistency is reached add the soaked raisins to the kadai and cook for a minute and then serve after it is chilled.
