A Bengali hilsha fish recipe with brinjal is a healthy and tasty fish curry. This is a recipe for the special occasion lunch. served this fish curry with hot steamed rice for a happy meal. This recipe not only healthy but also very much test preparation.

1.00 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Absolutely healthy and tasty dish.only few ingredients used ,very simple but delicate.. if we don't have much time to cook we can make this very quickly for lunch or dinner.. brinjal is rich nutritious and it completely balanceed with fish..I tried it today and believe me it's amazingly yummy..
