STEP : 1
Take some hilsha fish pieces and keep aside. Then take some brinjal and then take some kalonji and some green chili all those things bring together and keep aside.

Cut the brinjal properly and wash it properly and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.

Wash the Hilsha fish pieces properly and keep it on a plate and then add some salt to it.

Then add some turmeric to the fish pieces and keep aside for few minutes for marination.

Then hot a pan and add some oil to it and hot again the oil for cooking.

Then add the Hilsha fish pieces into the hot oil and fry it properly and keep aside.

Then add some kalonji in to the hot oil and fry it for few seconds.
