Ingredients of Ilish paturi
STEP : 1
Take hilsha fish pieces and keep aside. take two tablespoon of mustered seeds, two table spoon mustered oil and four green chili, all those things bring together and keep aside.

clean the fish pieces properly with water. paste finely the mustered seeds with some water and salt by grinder or silnora.
STEP : 3
mix the fish with turmeric powder and salt for marination. then marinate the fish for 30 minutes for cook the fish testy.

then add the mustered seeds paste in to the marinated fish and leave for 10 minutes for cook the fish testy.

then add little bit of salt and some turmeric powder in to the marinated fish and smooth paste of mustered seeds.

Then add some mustered oil and green chili pieces in to the hilsha fish paste of mustered seeds and salt.
STEP : 7
mix all the masalas with the hilsha fish pieces and marinate the fish for 30 minutes for make the recipe more testy.

then add two table spoon of water in to the marinated fish and masala and then cook the fish in a microwave safe bowl in to the microwave oven on high temperature for 20 minutes and stand for another 10 minutes.

Serve this recipe in to the serving plate for eating . serve this hilsha paturi with hot steamed rice for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
