A classic and exotic Bengali Hilsha fish recipe love all the fish lover. A healthy alternative to the regular fish curry , these delicately flavoured hilsha fish curry with mustered seeds paste and mustered oil make a very bright meal served with hot steamed rice for a happy meal.

Ingredients of Ilish macher jhol

4.00 no hilsha fish pieces
2.00 tbsp musteredseeds
4.00 no greenchili
0.25 cup musteredoil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder

take four pieces of hilsha fish and keep aside, take two tablespoons of mustard seeds, four green chillies, mustard oil take all those things and keep aside.
