STEP : 1
take four pieces of hilsha fish and keep aside, take two tablespoons of mustard seeds, four green chillies, mustard oil take all those things and keep aside.

wash the hilsha fish pieces and keep aside, paste the mustard seeds and two green chillies together and keep aside, mustered oil and two green chillies keep aside.

Take some salt and some turmeric powder and add with hilsha fish and mix together properly and marinate for five minutes.

Then add the mustard seeds paste and green chilli paste with marinated fish pieces and again marinate for five minutes .

Then take a lunch box and put the marinated hilsha fish in it and add some mustard oil and green chilli and the half cup of water.
STEP : 6
Then cover the lunch box and take a preacher cooker and add one cup of water into the preacher cooker then put the lunch box n to the preacher cooker then close the lid and cook for two whistles and then off the gas oven.
STEP : 7
Then open the preacher cooker and then open the lunch box and put the recipe into a serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot steamed rice.
