Podi are the very good combination with foods and we can preserve this for so many days , because it is made dryly , and hire we are going to show a how to make the village style of Idli Podi .

Ingredients of Idli Podi

1.00 cup Bengal Gram
1.00 cup Urad Dall
1.00 tbsp Turmeric Powder
0.00 tbsp Asafoetida
9.00 no Red Chilly
8.00 no Byadgi Menasinkaie
0.00 cup Black Seeds

Idli Podi

Take a one pan make it heat in a low flame , now add 1/2 cup of Black seeds to this .  You can also use white seeds also .

Now fry the black seeds for 5 to 10 minutes , and keep it separately .

Now take a one cup of Bengal gram and put it in a pan .

Now add 1/2 table spun of Asafoetida to the pan , it gives good aroma as well as good taste to the food .

Now put all the fried ingredients in a jar and grind that dryly , Add 1 table spun of salt to this ,  after that it looks as in the below image .
