Ingredients of Idli Podi
Idli Podi

STEP : 1
Take a one pan make it heat in a low flame , now add 1/2 cup of Black seeds to this . You can also use white seeds also .

STEP : 2
Now fry the black seeds for 5 to 10 minutes , and keep it separately .

STEP : 3
Now take 8 to 9 Baydgi Chilly it gives good color as well as taste .

Now add 9 Red Chilly to the Pan , hire we are using two kind of chilies .

After adding both to the pan , now fry this in a low medium flame and keep it aside .

Now take a one cup of Bengal gram and put it in a pan .

STEP : 7
After adding the Bengal gram , fry this in a low medium flame for 5 minutes , and keep aside .

Now add 1 table spun pf Turmeric powder after frying the Bengal Gram .

Now add 1/2 table spun of Asafoetida to the pan , it gives good aroma as well as good taste to the food .

Now put all the fried ingredients in a jar and grind that dryly , Add 1 table spun of salt to this , after that it looks as in the below image .

Now serve the Healthy and tasty Idli Podi , Have this podi by mixing ghee it increases the taste .
